Meet TEsting Strategist Raychelle Baines…

I am Coach Raychelle. I am an educator who graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown- B.S. Criminal Justice and Prairie View A & M University-M.Ed.-Curriculum and Instruction-Reading. I received my educational training from Texas Southern University Alternative Certification Program. I have 27 years’ experience in education as a Teacher, Administrator, District Retention and Recruiting Specialist, and Campus Instructional Coach.

The most gratifying position for me has been Campus Instructional Coach. Throughout my career, I have been the teacher my colleagues have come to for instructional ideas and strategies to use in their classes.

My consistency with helping others led me to start KAB (Keeping Academics Basic) Educational Consulting, a company that prides itself on helping teacher candidates pass their teacher certification exams. We provide intensive Teacher Certification Test Preparation Courses. It is a goal of KAB Educational Consulting to help as many teacher candidates become certified classroom teachers. We also provide additional courses to help teachers transform their classrooms into high achieving learning environments, boost classroom structure, and improve test scores using proven and effective strategies. In addition, I offer both group and individual educational coaching services to teachers who want to increase their network and excel in their career.
